As a leader in the industry both here and abroad we take pride in our family owned business, operating for two generations in the same location since 1955.
We guarantee the quality workmanship, if you have a problem and if any of our products are damaged during shipping we will be glad to replace your headpiece if you do the following :
1- We receive the item being returned within 7 Days from when you received the order.
2- Enclose the original sales receipt.
3- Item must be in its original package.
No refunds, credits or exchanges will be honored for products that have been used and or damaged caused by customer neglect.
Exchanges or Alterations
If your headpieces needs more crystal or pearls on the headpiece or and adjustment, we will be happy to make to accommodate you. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any special cut Veils, unless it is the result of our error or damaged during shipping. Please do the following :
1 - We receive the item being returned within 10 Days from when you received the order. 2 - Enclose the original sales receipt. 3 - Item must be in it's original package.
Shipping Time
Your order will be shipped within 4-6 weeks upon receipt of your order. If you require your headpiece earlier, please contact us and we will be happy to arrange faster shipping. we strive to provide you with the best service and satisfaction.
